Cathy Vallance

Cathy Vallance’s life revolves around children’s books: by day, she works as a children’s publisher, helping other authors turn their stories into books, and by night, she tinkers on her own. Cathy has written several titles for younger readers, including the bestselling That’s Gross! Weird and Disgusting Aussie Animals. In her spare time, she mostly watches TV or listens to podcasts. She also enjoys reading with her kids, eating chocolate and capsicum (but not together), and cuddling her cat, Coco. Cathy lives in Meanjin/Brisbane with her partner and their two daughters.
